fix(ui): выровнять confirms и токены под ReUI PRO

Добавить ui-design-contract, AlertDialog вместо hand-roll, CodeExportSheet для preview фильтров, ReUI Badge и gap вместо space-y. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
