Tobias Brunner 5743f6df2f asn1: Add OID for Blowfish CBC 
The OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.3029.1.2) is technically not correct, the correct
one is (1.3.6.1.4.1.3029.1.1.2).  Every other library or tool (like OpenSSL)
uses the incorrect one so we do the same.

Martin Willi 382b481795 moved typedefs to beginning of files to solve some include problems 
splitted authenticator to have a separate implementation for each auth_method_t
using va_copy to clone va_lists, should fix proplems on AMD64
some other cleanups

passive listeners can register on the bus
  active listeners wait for signals actively
  multiplexing allows multiple listeners to receive debug signals
  a lot more...
