Martin Willi 0a54d3e1a1 load-tester can dynamically install a dedicated external IP for each IKE_SA 
For consistency, the local/remote parameters have been replaced by the
initiator/responder options. As initiator, the initiator option can
be overriden by an addrs section taking key/value pairs with address
pools to use on a specific interface.

Tobias Brunner fbedc6a45b Remove policies in kernel interfaces based on their priority. 
This allows to unroute a connection while the same connection is
currently established.  In this case both CHILD_SAs share the same
reqid but the installed policies have different priorities.
