Reverting eba28948a5 which was only necessary when cross-compiling the plugins for Android 2.0.
...
With the coming monolithic build using Android.mk files this won't be
necessary anymore.

...
some components accept a "component.load" option with a space separated list of plugins to load
libcharon- plugins are now handled the same way as libstrongswan- plugins
