test(store): isolate firewall client integration from demo seed

Тест ждал tenant со slug demo, а seedDemo создаёт его только в пустой базе. После соседних интеграционных тестов DemoIDs пустой, и проверка падала. Теперь тест создаёт и удаляет собственный tenant.
