A daemon can be specified using the '--daemon' command line parameter. This
tells starter to invoke a daemon other than 'charon'.
Additionally the ipsec script uses the environment variable DAEMON_NAME to tell
the starter which daemon to use.
This configure option enables check-based unit testing. Check is a unit
test framework for C [1].
The unit tests can be executed by issuing the following command in the
toplevel build directory:
make check

Let charon return SS_RC_INITIALIZATION_FAILED if an existing pid file is found.
Starter only terminates itself if the result code of the daemon is a valid
SS_RC_* value.
Using the register_constructor function enables custom keymat_t
implementations per IKE version. If no constructor is registered the
default behavior is preserved.
This nonce generator uses an RNG to generate nonces. The RNG quality is
currently set to RNG_WEAK which is the same value used in IKE init.
The plugin is enabled and thus built by default.
Nonce generators (nonce_gen_t) can be used to get or allocate nonces.
Users can request nonce generators from the crypto factory while nonce
plugins register/remove themselves to/from the crypto factory.
